Me and Lucy went to Bettys for afternoon tea :)
We dressed up in our nicest frocks and got the train to Harrogate to take some photos. It was lovely but SO expensive, and we couldnt really take photos which was a shame. There were cake and sandwich stands, scones, lots of different teas, champagne (the most expensive thing was Tea For Two costing £47!). I settled for a pot of tea and scone while Lucy got tea and sundae. It was very formal, people dressed up for coming to Bettys. There were no cheap tea mugs, everything was served in china in fancy tea cups and saucers, showing how something as simple as going for a drink of tea can be made into something more spectacular. It made us feel as though we were quite posh! I also took some photos of another tea room.
